This is great, but the design is too similar to Jekyll's official docs — maybe it could lead to some confusion?
Yep you might be right, if people get confused we'll look at changing the design. We wanted to start with something that felt like it was in the Jekyll ecosystem.

I'm only looking at it on my phone, so maybe it's not apparent why scrolling is so horribly broken on this site.
Oh dear, seeing it on desktop makes me think it might be related to the fixed positioned elements. Shouldn't be hard to solve though.

Fixed now! Webkit mobile browsers disable smooth scrolling on overflowed elements by default. Just had to add -webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch; everywhere we did an overflow.
