I'm working on a big UI project where I need to spec all of my work for developers to include colors, spacing, etc. I've seen a tool or two fly through my product hunt feed before, but can't seem to find them anymore. Wondering what everyone else is using, or if they just develop their own systems in sketch, ps, etc.
Zeplin is still in beta but it looks like it might be a good tool in the hopefully nearish future.

Yeah, Zeplin is great for measurements and colour/font specs :)
Style guide + HTML/CSS/JS prototypes + talking to devs.
Functional/static prototypes are the best for helping devs understand the look & feel of an interface.
Avocode is a great tool.

We've used Specctr for Illustrator and Photoshop. Get's the job done. https://www.specctr.com/

I second Sketch Measure!
I'm a dev in a large company. We have an internal system for this. It's based on Apache Wave (former Google Wave).
I don't redline too often anymore because I'm in charge of implementing most of the UI designs anyways and we have a pretty detailed styleguide/component guide.

Zeplin looks like the best of the bunch but PS support h as been 'coming soon' for months now. It's also not available on Windows.
Right now, we're using PSD files and spec sheets.
I prefer to get my hands on the Sketch file from the designer :)
If you can spare the $99 per dev and an hour of your time to teach them how to find colors and measure spacing (they just need to learn to hold alt!), it's a good start!
I think Ink Photoshop plugin does a good job ;)
If only there was a Sketch version! But great find!
Zeplin is the best. I made my android and iOS teams use Zeplin - that way we all save time and questions about design specs.
