I'm really impressed by this. The glitchy effect, the purple motif, everything. And this whole bit of copy:

Part of why we formed nclud was to create an environment for creative talent to flourish, while ultimately providing our clients with the most innovative, creative and flexible solutions possible.

From idea to design, wireframe to live site, collaboration is (and always has been) part of our DNA. By incorporating the talents of our clients and our team, we’re able to produce work that is functional yet elegant.

I hear this kind of stuff a lot from different agencies, but for some reason this seems really genuine.

Site has interesting design and presentation. There are some really weird elements that look like bugs though, such as http://upload.dreamten.com/atAd and http://upload.dreamten.com/atMo

I realize it's part of their design, but having a random X on a page will confuse people. Also seems to crawl on my retina MBP.

You guys have done a great job with the positioning, most of all. Fantastic work.

Great job. I love glitch animations and I used them for my portfolio too :)

I'm a bit agree about the random X and rectangles feels buggy but loved the parallax.

Pretty cool. Definitely agree with Jim that it feels Bloombergy (which isn't a bad thing).

I was down at the Nclud office a few years ago when An Event Apart was in DC; great group of folks, cool office, quality work.

The glitch effect across the site is incredibly well thought out. Have seen it fail before, where it can be quite offensive towards the overall look and feel or it simply comes across as pointless and insignificant. Tasteful work chaps!

If I could ask what OS / version / etc? (Sigh, as always, post-launch bugs.)

I'm on an older desktop right this second, so that's playing a factor. OsX 10.7.4 with Chrome 42.0.2311.135

Works on my MBP with yosemite!

Great work, no question, but the purple headers feel very trippy in combination with the animation. More in a negative than in a positive way to me. Maybe something you could refine.

Yeah, we definitely wanted to get WAY out there right now - as the site grows and evolves and changes, I'm sure there'll be some changes along the way.
