Did this for 6 months some time ago. It seems ok at first. You're regimented, sharp (once the first week is gone). I was down to 24 minute naps, and a reboot every 30 days. Diet was clean, tea only when waking, no alcohol etc. Running 5-10kms every day.

Despite all the exercise and a very clean diet, I still gained weight. I also found I was not retaining the understanding of a topic/issue while learning or problem solving. I'd recommend it for short bursts to get projects out the way or something, and you'd need a week lead. Other than that, feeling good and well rested is just something that can't be beat.

This sounds insane! Travis: my english is not the best. But maybe you mentioned that this sleeping concept isn't working in a relationship?

It works in mine. But some people have reported that it can get in the way yes. I go to bed at 9pm. A lot of people like to be social at that time.

150% increase? Woah, this looks pretty scientific.

I arrived at that number by looking at my free creative time per day (about 2 hours) and compared that to my new found time (about 6 hours).
