I like when landing pages alternate emphasis between two primary calls to action—in this case, "Get Free" near the top and "Go Premium" at the bottom. I'm really curious to know if visitors are converting to paid more than they did before.

Yeah same. I wonder if pushing premium before anyone knew what it was wasn't working well. By the time you scroll down there, they've had more time to sell you on it.
They traded black for white. Let's see how this will influence the interface for their apps
they've gone full rdio
For some reason the album art photos aren't links...
Last thing they want the user to do is move away from this page. They would rather you click on the "Get Free" or "GO Premium" buttons to convert the user.
Bizarrely, even though I am logged in and have a premium account, the home page still shows me the "Get Free" or "Go Premium" signup buttons and the "Upgrade" link is persistently in the toolbar:
Edit: Clicking "Upgrade" or "Go Premium" takes me to the subscription page, which shows that I'm already signed up to a premium account.
Really strange how they don't emphasize their web player.
As far as I can tell the only actual direct link to the web player is in the footer? Can anyone else find a link to it further up?
Not bad. It reminds me of Rdio's homepage.
Circular!!!
Still have to connect with Facebook to change my profile image...
