Great balance of a nice and friendly aesthetic applied to otherwise austere subject matter. I also agree the underlined words should use either a bold or contrasting color instead to avoid the link indication. Especially as the same convention is applied to the email address at the bottom of the homepage (which is, indeed, a link).

Wonderful, however am I an idiot or is there no menu on smaller screens?

I love this. The mission, the copy, the design; all of it is wonderful. I like those little 2-3 line summaries for each person's bio.

Very nice. Love the copywriting and adding flourishes under important text :)

I'm a little split on this one. It does indeed emphasize, but it almost always interrupted my reading of the copy as it animated in.
