If I ever have the privilege of starting a company, I hope I can make this kind of stuff part of the culture. By that I mean humor. Not taking ones self too serious. Being honest and poking fun at yourself.

He´s a spanish comedian known as "El risitas" because of his contagious laugh. In the video talks about a trip to the beach.

He's talking about some cook who is telling him to head to the beach in the morning because he left his sandals and bathing suit on the beach. When he went to the beach the tide was up and it took the guys clothes away. And then he keep laughing about that.
The guys accent is like his teeth though... horrible :).

My favorite version of this meme is the Diablo 3 Dev Interview Sadly it's a true story...
Backstory: Blizzard featured a player's Crusader character build in its "Play Your Way" weekly series. The player was harassed by lots of players on the forums, because the build wasn't "end-game viable", despite being fun to play. In the process of defending the build, the player account was banned from the Diablo forums. :-(
