I'm curious what tools or frameworks everyone uses for building and/or showing clients a sitemap as part of the information architecture.

I have not found a tool that I'm happy with personally. I have used spreadsheets, Photoshop, Illustrator and HTML, but most of these while yielding good results...can take too long to build.

I've seen this (http://astuteo.com/slickmap/) which shows some promise, but needs to be expanded to show more levels and it needs an interface to build a sitemap easily (and rearrange in a client meeting).

Does anyone have anything better that they'd like to share?
