Stealing some stuff from you :p Thanks for sharing!
Happy to be helpful!
Hear, hear! I also want to improve my work flow and I swear to do so all the time. I hope you actually pull through and it works.
Works well for me so far, hope I'll pull through as well!
Very practical. Wicked job!
I decided I'm going to take on startup attitude and experiment with my workflow a bit and learn from mistakes. This is first idea I want to test.
I really dig the idea of laying out these parameters for how you'll work. They're really practical. Thanks for sharing it!
I plan to also send it to potential clients to make sure we're on the same page when it comes to process and they want to play on my rules.
Do you think Blossom has any advantage for single designer projects? Or does it mainly benefit multi-person projects?
There's never just one person on my projects — for the sake of transparency and asynchronous work I give clients access to Blossom boards where they can review things in their columns themselves.
I think though it could be useful when there's only one person just because you can track average time from Ready to Done and things like how long are the tasks blocked and why.
Gotcha. I'll give the free trial a go and see if it works.
Thank for the suggestion!
