    Scrolling would be a nice bonus, but the real failure of the AppleTV interface is not in the interaction but in the information presented.

    I hate that I have to click into a show to see the metadata (star rating, length, etc.) It makes aimlessly browsing movies a much, much greater pain in the ass.

    I don't know if anyone ever thought about this ,but it's whole lot of pain to type with the Apple TV remote. And it's even worse when you try to type another language (Chinese as an example).

      You can connect a blue tooth keyboard to the Apple TV for better typing, but I don't know how many people want a keyboard in their living room.

      Except that the iOS Remote app doesn’t behave like this. Did you watch the video and read the article?

      It’s actually the Remote app that inspired this whole thing.
