Hey DN, I was wondering if anyone had any tips or sites they knew of that helps people find developers to work on side projects.

I have a great team starting to come together and an idea that we believe can make an impact in a specific market. The issue is finding an Android developer that is willing to work towards the same goal as us but without being paid initially (sounds like every early start up, i know).

I'm trying to not screw anyone over but as I said this will be a side project until/unless it makes enough money to replace my daily design job. I'm not trying to make the next large empire, but I am trying to build an app that is useful to users, as well is fun to work for and use. ANY tips would be welcomed! Thanks guys!
