Hone is a fine-tuning tool for building digital products. Hone lets developers expose object values from code and allows designers to finetune these with a Mac app. It works for teams of all sizes, devices of different kind, and on all modern hardware and software platforms.
Hey Priidu this seems like a cool idea. Can you share any screenshots or tell more about how it works?
EDIT: Does it work for the web at all?
@Clinton thanks for asking. It currently only works for Mac and iOS apps. It works such that you put a small piece of code in whatever app you are making, and as you are working on it, you can modify and finetune aspects of your app’s UI and behavior with our Mac tool, without having to make new app builds.
If the above sounds interesting and you’re working on an iOS or Mac app, we encourage you to sign up for our closed beta.
We’re not sharing any screenshots or UI publicly yet, not least because it’s still very much work in progress, and we want to make it nicer before we share more widely. We talk about polishing, so we want to walk the walk ourselves.
Be sure to follow @honetools on Twitter if you’re interested in this, we’ll continue to post any Hone news and materials there.
