This is great and quite unique.

I think the site might have been nice. I'm not sure though, all my eyes were drawn to was that paint brush hanging down!

I really like that the tip of the pencil is exactly in a blank space of the menu when you're at the top of the page.

I didn't make this, but it really grabbed me - the use of very "Windows 3.1" colors and pixelized iconography/illustrations. Something very different from what we usually see with the designs that get hyped up on the web these days.
