Then photo of you, on your about page, is not very good. It should be clearer and void of anyone you need to blackout. It looks like you're a hairdresser.

The background photo on the homepage is nice, but I don't see what relevance it has to the work on top of it.

I just don’t like the “I have a great passion for designing user interfaces that are both easy to use and visually appealing”. Sounds so boring… Everything else is incredibly sleek. :)

Is anyone else tired of the "created with love in such and such a place" trend?

Overall I love the style of the site. It's simple, clean and to the point.

Honestly, I would remove this: "(this internship is mandatory for my bachelor in Communication and Multimedia Design)"

You look better without it. The way it is now, it's like "yeah I did this sick internship because I had to."

I would also make your work more of the focus. I've learned recently that clients truly don't give a fuck about your site and only want to see your work. The less clicking the better. I've landed too many jobs to update my shitty portfolio site and I keep landing them solely on the work alone. Work that's not even featured on my site yet. It's outrageous.

Other than that - it looks good. The rollovers are nice. The thumbs are clean. The type is good. Nothing looks broken or fucked up or off. Great work.

I am not a huge fan of the picture in the "about" section. (but you said it was temporary.)

I really like how the screen change colour to a purple ish overlay for the contact part.

I agree with most of the feedback that's been shared. Just wanted to add that I like how you embedded that Marvel prototype. I've spent more time with InVision than Marvel lately and didn't know you could do that. Nice feature.

Not sure it's the best idea in all cases, though. Most of the times it's not about letting people see all the screens you designed, it's about taking them through a few of them while having full control of the narrative, making the points you want to make in each screen, etc.

My favorite part is how the whole screen makes a color shift when you bring up the Contact modal window. Just a really sweet touch that I played with for a while; nicely done!

On smaller viewports, the text in the homepage tiles sometimes wraps to three lines, which pushes it outside the box (might be intentional, but wanted to report that just in case it was a bug).

Also, the LinkedIn link in the footer is broken. The anchor tag seems to point to "www." without the rest of the URL.

I would work on your copy - there's a lot of words describing things, but they sound stilted and awkward. I always love having words around the design to give it context, but I'd have a few folks take a look at it, edit it, maybe even rewrite it to get it sounding better.

Maybe just a personal preference, but I've never been a fan of portfolios that don't give me anything more than a screenshot and project title on the homepage. I'd lean toward living more context and not hiding relevant info (title in this case) behind a flashy hover effect.

Aside from that, great job. I like the project pages a lot, especially the Kangaroo app one. The interactive demo is a pretty neat idea.

Plenty of comments on the content, so I won't mention about that.

Visually its simple, clear and concise. 2 main pages with additional project pages, which is all you need.

The only criticism regarding this that I can think of right now is that the contact link doesn't have a url that you could tweet or share with people. I realise this is done with JS, but maybe something like davey.im/#contact" ?

I really like the visual design. Especially the colors and how simple & clean it looks. The photos in the header on homepage and about took a while to load. The photo of you on about page is not so good and kinda ruins the page.
