'Ask DN:' designing interactions

What do you use for interaction design? I've played about with after effects and framer and taken brief look at pixate but don't know which ones worth putting the time into learning more.

    Interaction design for what? Prototyping on mobile - iOS, Android? Web Apps? I've really enjoyed pixate for mobile interaction prototyping so far. Seems promising.

      Sorry, I mean just websites in general. Pixate and framer look good but only from a mobile perspective. I haven't seen anything out there that caters for desktop interactions?
