Full width background-image, glasses as a logo, hamburger-menu. Looks all very similar to me, even tough the case studies are well-done and your work is very nice.

I like it. The only thing that bugged me a little is that the top video/whatever seems to make scrolling super chunky for me - especially the first time I went to scroll. There was a good 1 second lag before it would start down.
