Knock 'em all you want. I definitely taught myself how to code like this haha. Though I did eventually discover bootstrap.
But we need to note that google search uses its cache to search websites so current version of these websites may not include these sentences.

This is the challenge with buying pre-made web templates. You're either going to have to do the work and create your project from scratch or do the work and remove all of the bloat code/css and whatnot that designer added.
