Ask DN: What are some good videos, talks, or interviews on design?

Wilson Miner - When We Build: http://vimeo.com/34017777 I personally can't see this one without becoming misty at the end. Yes, it's that emotional.
Aral Balkan - A happy grain of sand: http://www.besquare.me/session/a-happy-grain-of-sand/ He did this talk at various conferences in various variations. Some extremely good thoughts in how to use our skills to make better products and thus making lives better for everyone. Aral is probably one of the most inspiring people I ever had the pleasure to listen to, and partly thanks to him I sure as hell wasn't on the path I am on today.
Bret Victor - Inventing on Principle: http://vimeo.com/36579366 Powerful talk on designing and developing and essentially living your life based on guiding principles. Still gives me goosebumps.
Joe Stewart @ Creative Mornings Los Angeles: http://vimeo.com/58672952 A good designer friend of mine suggested this one. Incredible good talk on design and inspiration and not giving up when it seems people don't give a damn about your work. Note: some profanity ahead.
Ben Chestnut @ Creative Mornings Atlanta: http://vimeo.com/34081566 Great talk on what makes Mailchimp tick and makes the company so succesfull; It's about creating a creative culture and the environment in which creative minds can thrive.
Surprised nobody has mentioned the Aaron Draplin Creative Mornings talk. He has a really unique perspective and way of communicating, both sorta folksy-funny and poignant at the same time.
We've collected a few here http://www.usechisel.com/s/1109. Will try to get more commentary/discussion as time goes on, but it's a start for some good videos
I've been hand-picking some good talks, interviews, film, and other videos that provoke good thoughts and actions in the design fields:

http://vimeo.com/45232468 Inge Druckrey: Teaching to See
If you do one thing today, watch this 40-minute crash course in Design Thinking.—FastCompany
“This [film] is about patient and dedicated teaching, about learning to look and visualize in order to design, about the importance of drawing. It is one designer’s personal experience of issues that face all designers, expressed with sympathy and encouragement, and illustrated with examples of Inge [Druckrey]’s own work and that of grateful generations of her students. There are simple phrases that give insights into complex matters, for example that letterforms are ‘memories of motion.’ Above all, it is characteristic of Inge that in this examination of basic principles the word ‘beautiful’ is used several times.”

Stefan Sagmeister - Happiness by Design http://www.ted.com/talks/stefan_sagmeister_shares_happy_design.html
Most of the good product/UI/UX design talks that came to my mind have already been mentioned but this one is a classic that I used to watch back in my design school days when I wanted to be a graphic designer. I think the bigger picture is still applicable to product design and it's just a joy to watch. If Wilson Miner's talk moves me to tears this one without fail always makes me smile.
I always ask people who design to watch Scott Berkun (ex Microsoft IE lead but don't hold that against him) talk about the Myth of innovation. I have met too many designers feeling like they haven't had "the lightbulb" moment and he talks about how it doesn't exist. Experience and years of insight lead to innovation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amt3ag2BaKc
I also reference this one a lot about basically why certain people lead the way (in design and other areas) while others stumble. http://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_inspire_action.html
Aaron Draplin creative mornings talk is tops https://vimeo.com/39441590
Whoops already posted.
