I'm always looking for a good read to withdraw from the screen, sometimes we need it. Any advise for a webdesign / self improvement book? I've already read all the books from "A book apart". Thank you :)
Burn Your Portfolio has some great advice for how to build a sustainable design career. It's about the interpersonal aspects of being a designer, working with clients, getting feedback, etc. Very helpful and a good read, IMHO.

A long and not so obvious one that impacted the way I approach design is The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. Highly recommend and a beautiful read.
