    • Morning: Bulletproof® Coffee or Water
    • Afternoon: Tea or Water
    • Evening: Ciders, Whiskey or Water

Whiskey is my preferred beverage while working at night (because if I’m working at night, it means I slacked off during the day and using alcohol to drown my sorrows).

Yeah, a Bulletproof fan! Ddi you start drinking Bulletproof Coffee how long ago? Did you find a big difference?

I’ve been trying it out for 3 weeks or so, though instead of MCT oil I’m just using coconut oil for now. I’ll jump on that when I find a good deal on the stuff.

I haven’t noticed any differences to my mental capability, which is probably due to the lack of MCT oil. I mostly drink it because it’s easy to prepare, tastes awesome and is a far-more healthier substitute for the usual lattes I used to drink. I’m always trying to find ways to squeeze more fat into my diet without having to dig my hand in a tub of coconut oil like a 5-year old.

You gotta get that Costco tub of coconut oil. Much easier to fit a fat hand into ;-)

Yeah, that’s the main reason that I want to try this coffee, to see if I get some mental benefits. Also, this type of diet centered on fat some some kind of sense... I already have the coffee, the unsalted butter and the MCT oil (although none of them are Bulletproof items). Can’t wait to try it! :)

Coca-Cola Zero, and a lot of it. Coffee in the morning. Beer in the weekend. I rarely drink water.

    Everything.

...but seriously, I usually stick with easy-to-drink lagers while working. Afterwords, I'm all about that tequila!

Mornings - Black coffee, I have a bog standard filter pot so I've taken to putting it on in the mornings and taking a thermos to the office of whatever ground I have at the time.

Anything after that - Water or Pepsi Max.

Party time - Guiness, Doom Bar or Spiced Rum and Ginger.

Breakfast: A cup of water or tea. (Next week, however, will try to spend it drinking Bulletproof® Coffee)

Morning & afternoon: 2 litres of tea (green or white, most of the time).

Off work: Anything. If at home, tea (chilly weather) and water (hot weather). Going out, cider, beer or wine.

If you are into tea P&T is worth checking out. They have awesome teas and a beautiful package design.

Various natural/herb teas (not that fake supermarket stuff).

As for alcohol, mainly beer. I have a habit of buying and tasting weird beer brands. Think I sampled about 100 of them in the last year. Should have made a review tumblog.
