This is fantastic! One suggestion would be to copy the hex color to a clipboard when you click.

  Do you think this is due to it having no saturation control? It might be set at a washed out value.

    Nevermind! I just found out that you can scroll to change saturation. I was able to get better reds and oranges that way.
