This is always such a bummer to see—usually it's because the site isn't complying with GDPR. The number of times I've tried to visit a Google link to some article on diynetwork.com and get told it isn't available in my country super bums me out.
Sorry, tl;dr: we are figuring out the legal path and hopefully we'll be able to open access to countries outside of US soon.
