    I'm a big fan of Fogg's behavior model—as you mentioned in your article. It's a mental model that we use for interaction design and habit-forming products as well.

    I'm curious, is your consulting work focused on behavior change, Adam?

      I am primarily a UX&UI designer, but I use behavior models to justify and inform some of the design decisions I make. Also, I think at a high level, behavior change is the end goal of UX in a way too.
