    Without even talking about the app, "Drama" is a pretty poor name in my opinion:

    • Unrelated to design
    • Has negative connotations
    • Hard to Google

      Imagine Sketch, Principle and After Effects combined into a single app.

      You can draw your designs directly in Drama, then turn them into very high-fidelity, animated prototype that you can play with, also directly in Drama.

      Drama automatically creates Magic Move (a la Keynote) animations for transitions between various screens of your prototype. However, you can heavily customize these animations with a built-in timeline editor. If you wish, you can even customize animation of individual attributes of individual layers.

      Unlike most other tools, Drama supports rotating, placing and animating layers in 3D space.

      These and other features allow you to create interactive, very high-fidelity prototypes that are impossible to create in other tools.

        Mike, is there any code generation? I would expect that from the makers of Paintcode but you didn't mention it. Especially for animation, anything that lacks code is a non-starter in 2019.

    Design, prototype & animate all in 1 tool. If they added 'share' at the end (see Figma) I miiiiight look to shift. But, so far Figma is my tool of choice.

    Re. name, agree - negative connotation (no no drama, we don't want no drama drama).

    The "ultimate all-in-one" design tool. I mean i'm all for diversity and new solutions and all that. But this tool, which is still in beta, is far from being an "ultimate" solution.

    this tool is awfully impressive. the devil is in the details. for example, using drivers with text values will interpolate numerical values. small things like this are an absolute delight, especially in a first iteration.

    Not sure if you'd get the right audience with a name like "Drama" since most people won't get what they are looking for. Good luck with the marketing but if the app provides what they say, then it'll be a hit.
