This has been posted before and contains a load of copyrighted material that is being shared for "free"
This is not a real design resource.
What about use for parody, students, teachers. There's something called fair use that allows anyone to practice with real without any restrictions as long as it's not commercial. Most of design is remixing and not direct ripping.
design is commercial by nature. students/teachers/parody - they can use those resources for fair use, I understand that. This is a forum for design professionals, and anyone worth their salt would know that these images aren't for use in a professional context.

Well, that's really just common sense. If anyone uses copyrighted material in their professional work (regardless of the source) they deserve a C&D. Still doesn't discredit this website from being a real design resource, that's just left to the designers taste.
I stand by my statement.
pretentious designer alert
You are responsible to research all your sources independently no matter where you got them from. Magazines are design resources, books are design resources, movies are design resources, etc. All of them may be copyrighted. You should treat this as any other tool in your toolbelt. You can't expect other people to do your job for you.
everyone knows that. I am simply saying that the implied free in the title is not true as far as "design resources" go. everything can be a resource, but I am arguing that this is not a real FREE DESIGN RESOURCE as it is being shared as. not wasting more time on this.
Bookmarked. Good selection. Glad we don't need to pay after a few download.

This should come in handy. Let hope they stay free though... I've seen it before where a site starts free, then they switch to paid only.
This site is bad and you should feel bad
This is why we need the downvote/
was already mentioned here
I would never use this site because there is a ton of copyright stuff on there.
Students can use copyright material in their work. Under fair use they can do whatever they want.

That's not true, nor what that says. And fair use, even if legitimate, will not save you from a lawsuit. Fair use only protects you when you're already in court and your lawyer makes a successful argument that it's fair use. At that point you've already lost money on the whole thing.
