Im in the process of doing some research around Saas companies that invest in illustrating their blog sections, so a different illustration for each blog they release.
Does anyone know of any good ones?

This is more of a digital magazine published by Stripe, but it has great illustrations to match the excellent content.

What kind of research are you doing? or what questions you seek answers for?
I'm interested - do yo do your illustrations in house or do you have a freelancer that you are hiring for this?
I'm doing them as a inhouse designer. It make sense to do it this way if you are starting a new blog, thats not generating enough revenue to afford dedicated designer/illustrator.
This might change later, because for us, the growth of the blog is faster then traffic growth on homepage and application itself.
So I would advice to use inhouse designer if you already have one. For me it was also a benefit to learn simple but good enough illustrations , that I can later reuse at some webpages like here: www.nicereply.com/more/delighted-vs-nicereply
I know they are not that awsome, and any illustrator can draw better, but at least they look more branded than any stock photos I've ever used...
A bit biased, but I really like the illustrations my work does: https://planning.center/blog. We have a full-time illustrator that works on our blog illustrations as well as any other illustrations across our company.
I know it's not SaaS, but the graphics on A List Apart over the years have been kipas guys fantastic.
