American Express does the same thing through their travel office, although you need to be a card holder. You just send an email to the travel agent, he/she gets back to you with suggestions, you pick the one you like best and next thing you know your flight is booked and you receive your itinerary. It is incredibly convenient, and I like how this now is accessible to everyone.
So is this completely automated, or is there still someone manually narrowing down possible flights that suit your preferences?
