Note: I do print illustration and product design so my setup has to support both.
At home: * 2 year old 13" Macbook Air, maxed out on RAM (can't remember what that was when I got it.) * Apple wireless keyboard * Wacom Intuos Pro Medium (Touch) * 27" Thunderbolt with giant googley eyes + TwelveSouth HiRise * Harman Kardon SoundSticks or Sennheiser HD-280 PRO cans * Western Digital External Drive + Apple Time Capsule + Amazon + Dropbox + iCloud (I like redundancy in backups!) * Crappy Brother 11x17 printer because it includes an 11x17 scanner and takes 3rd party ink (I print mini-comics at home.) * Belkin Lightning dock * Aeron chair
At work: * 13" Macbook Pro Retina, 16GB * Apple wireless keyboard * Wacom Intuos Pro Medium (Touch) * 27" Thunderbolt with giant googley eyes * Bose MIE2i earbuds * Aeron chair
Software: * Clear * xScope * Sketch * Illustrator * Manga Studio * Dropzone * Coda
My home workstation is also next to a drafting table with a ton of analog supplies, but primarily a lot of Graphics 360 marker paper, Pitt brush markers, lead holder, and Pentel Pocket Brush pens.
