I really like this. I'd consider myself a junior designer (tho my position says better), but I might as well be. I often push myself, trying to learn new programs, techniques to the point that my average sleep is 4-5.5 hours a night, but like this letter basically says, I need to stop every so often and smell the flowers. Also to not let myself burn out.
I'm learning a lot of the time that my inspiration doesn't come from dribbble, behance, designspiration, etc, it tends to come when I'm doing the opposite, playing a sport, hanging out, playing music. I need to get in touch with myself and everything around me and not lock my eyes on the screen 24/7.
