No one has mentioned DiRT! Fantastic racing game with a truly unique, beautiful, and dynamic UI. DiRT 2's UI was neat, but didn't wow me the same as the first, and DiRT 3 brought it all back :)

  DiRT was pretty cool. All of the Codemasters racing games have a similar 3D menu interface that I always enjoyed.
