And where do you keep all those texts? In the user story? In mockups?
In a "huge" application probably it makes sense to have everything in a Properties Bundle using a .properties file or a JSON or XML.
Doc writers and designers can access those files and make the commits to change the strings / localize / correct etc.
This is how large companies deal with UI Copy Text if you were wondering.

Usually there's some sort of content team or person who's in charge of copywriting. And if there's not a person there should at least be a content strategy set for just this case. Tone of voice, point of view, type of content, content rules if automated or customized and so much more.
