I've got a Foldio2 lightbox (made by Orange Monkey), which I just throw the food in to and take some snaps. Then I just bring the photos in to photoshop and cut them out (with various methods), fix up the photos (colour balance, contrast, saturation, etc). With the companies to help out, I'll be releasing a better page explaining it, but would just love a couple of sponsors to help cover the cost of new plates/props, ingredients hosting, etc - just to help keep it running with minimal cost. More money = more recipes quicker!
