The website's underwhelming after my 'lovely design' comment, but the magazines themselves are of a really good quality.
So this isn't exactly what you're looking for in terms of the model, but if you're not aware of it, check out the magazine 'Delayed Gratification'. Is all about slow news and might be good to look at from an ethos point of view rather than delivery.
