Hmm. Seems to be that if you wanted to Design At Scale™ you'd want to use React Sketch -> Libraries -> Sub Sketch files and forego Sketch's version control. The point is that you'd want a single source of truth, and the benefit in doing this as code with React Primitives is that you'd have a single repository that would have all of the styles for both the applications and the mockups.
