Yes, it definitely should be. It could have a permanent home on the page though so that people who wonder about this could always know where to go. Also, in case it comes off as one, this is not a knock on you asking the question.

It would be awesome to have a DN faq/sidebar to post answers and resources for the most frequently asked questions like this one. This is like a once a month thing.
