1a. one thing that stands out right away is some attached page of the specs that list out all of the changes made, explicitly, line by line, with links to said changes. FROM X TO Y sort of thing.
1b. Might be ideal to also include each list item here with snippits of the before and after, then, with a link to where it is on the page.

  Great input, Cory! I think that at the moment we got this more or less covered, but it'll probably need some improvements (the CSS selectors are clickable and they link to the elements on the page)
