I've stopped visiting sites and blogs and made them visit me by setting up RSS via feedly, and reading it with Reeder. Saves a lot of time.

Also, parsing and reading still takes a lot of time, listening to podcasts keeps me informed over commute and routines, most of the stuff was mentioned in Podcast Suggestions.
