        You should try remapping your caps lock key to esc. Keep that carpal tunnel from acting up.

          Remapping is fine, but have you used that new keyboard? The Macbook keyboard is not pleasant to use. The lack of travel of the keys results in a very harsh typing experience. And being a professional device built for developers, designers, writers, etc where the keyboard is a critical part of the experience...well let me just say that mechanical keyboards have been coming back for a reason.

      I can live with remapping Caps lock to escape, it's the keyboard itself that worries me.

        Don't worry, it's good. I have it on the MacBook for the last 1+ year and it's OK. I mean, it will not take my mechanical keyboard away, but between this and the rMBP, I don't really have a preference. It took a little while to get used to it, but it's fine, the bigger keys are great!

        The only thing I dislike is the arrow buttons layout, I hate that they made them to be uniform, I liked the gap and it helped in setting your fingers right without looking.
