At the moment, I'm using a ringtone from Cleartones Pure. Prior to that, I've always gone with either the default or whichever built-in option sounds the most like an actual phone ringing, except for a brief period in Uni where my ringtone was a recording of a friend shouting "RING RING!" over and over.
