FYI I had a Facebook Executive Design Recruiter tell me this week that my Resume was well designed but failed to contextualize the companies I worked for and didn't give a good overview of what my specific 'wins' were. Really good feedback, i'll be rewriting it this week :) May be helpful feedback for you folks as well.
