    This will probably never happen, but how insightful would it be to have the designer at the helm of this redesign write a post about the design constraints they had to work with on this project? I would love that.

      Facebook Design is actually one of the few that post a many Medium articles detailing their design decisions for new designs, so it's entirely possible that they will.
