Chrome because the dev tools are what I'm used to (even if Safari's may be better statistically, which is the impression I'm getting from some other comments) and the extensions are there.
If Safari had better extension support, and installing/configuring extensions was as easy as it is on Chrome, I might make the switch. There are lots of things about Safari I much prefer over Chrome, but the extensions I need either aren't there or are an inferior version.
