I filed a bug on Ember last year for an issue that was majorly impeding my ability to use the product. Their support team responded saying the broken feature worked "as expected" and invalidated my report. Such a dishonest thing to do, I knew the real reason was they just didn't have the resources to fix the issue. I would not be able to trust another Realmac product after being treated like that.
