    Nothing to do with design, but... super slow, with a loader, 8 megabytes to load, and doesn't work without Javascript... really?

          I don't think anyone can say a site like this should or could work without JS and keep a straight face to be honest. We recently rebuilt the booking part of Olympic Holidays and it wasn't even a consideration.
