I have had to reset my ember library more than 5 times now. Library got stuck and won't sync etc. For both iCloud and Dropbox syncing.

It loses all the thumbnail suddenly, which triggered me to create this post.

Things I've tried

• Restarting the app.
• Restarting my Mac
• Delete the local copy of the library, and copy from another computer
• Use the various method mentioned in the help
• Rebuild library cache
