I'm actually very happy with the design of the mouse. Use it everyday.
I stopped using it. It is very uncomfortable, and was starting to cause me pain.
I wish it was bigger. My hands are pretty big and it feels like a child's toy.
Is there a reason someone would choose the mouse of the trackpad, anyway?
They're far more accurate and work better for two handed computing like 3D modelling, video editing.
And 2D design. I can't work quickly without a desktop keyboard and mouse.
Definitely agree but thought I'd get a backlash if I said that haha.
Ideal computing environment would probably have both because trackpad are nice for lazily scrolling/zooming through a webpage. Find myself reaching to the keyboard on my iMac sometimes but realising mid reach there isn't a trackpad.
True. I've been using the trackpad for so long, that I don't have problems with accuracy. Of course, I mainly use Sketch and Ai where it is easy to move points around if they aren't perfect the first time.
I end up using the arrow keys on the keyboard for anything precise anyway.
I've used the magic mouse every day for years, love it.
I 100% agree, i never liked the mouse design, feels tiny in my hand. A friend of mine uses the Magic mouse and he tried my Logitech MX performance for a while and loved it. The mouse that i use at work is Razer Deathadder and cant ask for better mouse. Maybe it doesn't look Apple-y but who cares when it does the job.
You apparently never had to use "the puck" I take it. The Magic Mouse fits like a glove compared top that torture device.

But they didn't update the mouse design, which was easily the worst of these three products.
