The "Hire Me" link goes to thoughtbot. Not sure if that's intended...kind of confusing. Maybe different wording? There's a difference in pronouns in your site (ex. Work with Us vs Hire Me)

Other than that, I think the layouts for the case studies are easy to read and get straight to the point.
