    My assumption for the changes:

    • Type size: changed for employee names to accomodate for longer names.
    • All caps sentence case: brand standards.
    • Content left aligned: could be part of their brand standards to have text left aligned when possible, or maybe there was too much symmetry.

      I think you're on the money with all these points. Haven't seen any Microsoft collateral lately that uses center-aligned text.
