In terms of user experience, I think this is dodgy at best. Too many animations, I have no idea where I'm going or what's happening. Clicked the '+' sign thinking it was showing me more options and it ended up being an emergency link.
I bet this looked good in Photoshop/Sketch, but I think whoever made this got too excited with animations and forgot all about the end user :/
