    • 6.20 – Alarm
    • 6.23 – Alarm
    • 6.26 – Alarm
    • 6.29 – Alarm (yes, three minutes apart)
    • 6.40 – Youngest waltzes in and asks for breakfast
    • 6.50 – Shower, clothes, hair, get the kids doing what they should
    • 8.00 – Bus to work
    • 9.00 – Open MacBook, start work
    • 9.15 – Coffee
    • ~11.00 – Coffee
    • 1.00 – Lunch, play FIFA
    • 2.00 – Back to work
    • 2.15 – Coffee
    • ~3.30 – Coffee
    • 5.30 – Close laptop, go home
    • 5.45 – Bus home
    • 6.45 – Wrangle up the youngest, put him in bed
    • 7.30 – Read with daughter, put her in bed
    • 7.45 – Dinner! Football if there's football on TV, if not watch something else with the girlfriend
    • 9.30 – Personal work
    • ~11.00–1.00 – Fall asleep/go to bed
